What we do

Planning, design, development, deployment and operations are done by the same person. Nothing is handed between teams, so decisions are fast — and because the builder keeps operating it, the conversation still works after handover.

We do not train our own foundation models. We build the layer around external models (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini and others): memory architecture, model routing, generation pipelines, and the products themselves.
