Built to be handed over
This is how a project runs when we work together.
Always in a state someone else could take over
You get the full source and repository, plus technical and API documentation and the deployment pipeline. The rule is that no configuration lives only in one person's head.
Infrastructure and accounts can stay in your name
We can work with servers, domains and repositories in your accounts. At handover, we review access permissions and operational settings together.
Progress is written down weekly
What was done and what remains is shared weekly and recorded in the repository, so the state of the work is traceable even if people change.
Interruption terms go into the contract
Settlement basis, deliverable scope and handover procedure in the event work cannot continue are written into the agreement. A backup developer arrangement can be included if you want one.
Specific terms are agreed at contract time, based on project size and requirements.
Questions before starting a project
Do you only develop AI products?
We can discuss company websites, web services, mobile apps and internal tools, as well as AI features. We consider both new products and additions to existing services.
Can I start with just an idea?
Yes. Tell us who will use the service and what problem you want to solve. A reference product can help too. We can work through the features without a specification or a fixed budget.
How are development costs and timelines decided?
They depend on features, screens and design scope, integrations, data readiness and the operating environment. We separate essential features from later additions, define the scope and schedule, then discuss an estimate.
Is the AI estimate a contract price?
AI estimates and the calculator provide indicative figures for initial planning. Contract prices and timelines are agreed after reviewing requirements. We also clarify whether operating costs such as hosting and external AI API usage are included.
Can you add AI to an existing service?
Feasibility and scope depend on the current architecture, available APIs, data and access permissions. We can start by reviewing specific needs such as chatbots, document or image extraction, and workflow automation.
What happens to the source code and operations after development?
The contract defines the handover of source code, repositories, documentation and deployment environments. We also agree the transition process, support scope and costs based on whether you will run the service or request maintenance.
