- Quote inquiry information: 3 years after the inquiry is resolved
- Consultation records: 1 year after the consultation is completed
Once the retention period has elapsed, the relevant personal information is destroyed without delay.

IbouAI does not provide your personal information to third parties.
However, the following cases are exceptions:
- When the data subject has given separate consent
- When required by law
When you use the AI quote consultation
The project description you enter in the AI quote consultation is sent to and analysed by Google LLC's Gemini API in order to produce an estimate. The consultation itself is not stored on IbouAI servers; it is retained as an inquiry record only if you press "Send this as an inquiry". To prevent abuse we temporarily count requests per IP address for a limited period; the content you enter is not included in that count. Please do not enter sensitive data such as national ID or bank account numbers.
