A building-operations platform that runs the eight jobs a single building generates — statutory inspections, maintenance work, complaints, meter readings, contractor settlement and monthly reporting — on one shared record. Every record confirmed on site carries an A/B/C evidence grade: an A requires the photo to be taken inside the app, the target confirmed by QR, the upload within 15 minutes, and the device clock within 2 minutes of true time. The server decides the grade and keeps the reasoning alongside it. Contractors open a single job through one link with no account, and no line enters the expense ledger without evidence attached.
